The first incarnation of Creekside fell apart around Feb of 2023, and after that David found a business partner willing to start a new company under the name of C&D Maintenance. He met Chris Gamlin through his kids Jiu Jitsu classes and started C&D Maintenance in April of 2023.
It is unclear how many home construction projects they started together, however Davids plan was to embezzle funds. He created company loans in Gamlin’s name and used the money to purchase an expensive motorcoach that he can hide in once he lost his personal property.
On June 19th, David placed his home on auction hoping for a quick cash out. Since then, he has fled to Florida in the motorcoach that he purchased in Pam’s name.
If you started a project with C&D Maintenance, please note that Chris Gamlin is just as much of a victim. Chris started the company with David with good intentions on helping people with thier home remodels.
